A message dated June 3, 2013, was received stating the Governor                                                                 
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
     SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 52(FIN)                                                                                       
     "An Act relating to allowable absences from the state for purposes                                                         
     of eligibility for permanent fund dividends; and providing for an
